Puddy
Pretty basic recipe actually. Damn tasty though. For one blender full: 8-10 roma tomatoes 1 medium white onion (chopped fine) 2-3 large jalapenos (membrane and seeds remain) Half bunch of cilantro Bit of orange juice (2oz or so) Juice from a fresh lime Tablespoon or two of salt table spoon of a spice called "pico de gallo" (not real pico de gallo) Blend and enjoy! I will on occasion throw in some red chili peppers from the garden or an habanero.
Atlanta Cracker
Try replacing one of the Jalepenos with a Habenero (seeded). Adds really good flavor and not too much kick.
Jimmy Neutron
Love some heat - mild salsa is just chunky ketchup.
