Delicious_bass Posted September 14, 2009 Share Posted September 14, 2009 Berrian is always risky. Last year, when healthy, he still only got 47 catches IIRC in this offense. In the midst of that were a couple donuts and a couple with only 1-2 catches. Now, obviously, when he does catch the ball he usually turns it into a bigger play which is the draw. And the QB has been upgraded. But, for now, he is a speed guy with a bad hammy and no timing with the new QB yet. Going to be tempting to want to put him in against the Kitties this weekend, but (like Valhalla said) I am not sure he's startable at this point. I benched him and will probably bench him again this week until a team finds a way to stop AP and make Farve pass down field.
