BeeR
Several times this year I've seen a defender jumping up/putting his arms up to block a WR's vision as the WR was trying to catch a ball (ie like a streak-type pattern, usually a deep ball), the defender doesn't turn back like I thought he had to or else it was a pass int. call...but it wasn't called. ? Did this rule change at some point?
bushwacked
It's called face guarding and is no longer illegal in the NFL.

SteelBunz
It's pass interference if there is contact and the DB wasn't looking and going for the ball.
