. . . cryin' to the official for a late hit flag on the Pats last drive Sunday vs. Jets? Pretty week too. Completely clean hit. I guess he needed a penalty to move the ball against the Jets. What a whiner.

Brady had trouble with the disguised over loaded blitzes for sure. He had very little time to throw. Actually, it was that the Pats O line (and Brady) could not identify blocking assignments. Typical Ravens D style. The rush made it difficult for Brady to step into throws. Revis was like green on Moss. Kid shut down AJ last week, and Moss yesterday, with a pik. The combination of the rush and what has to be some trediation on Brady's part coming off major knee surgery...

Still.... NE was without Mayo and Welker, not to mention the guys who retired or were traded from last year. It was a nice win, and I will enjoy it, but it's along season.

Back on topic, the Jets did hit Brady yesterday, but they were all clean hits.

I use a hot chit werd like trepidation... trying to appear to be intelligent... and typo mispell it.

Brady DID look like he was afraid of low hits with all the pressure the Jets pass rush put on him, no doubt. He did not step into the pocket and into his throws. As a Jets fan, I'm very happy no low QB hits were made or attempted. I have to think the Jets D was reminded to avoid any hits that could look like "attempt to injure".

I have to think that Brady does have to gain more confidence and play without fear as he did before the injury if he is to get the Pats to the playoffs. He's a tough dude, and I think he will return to form. A few more games against D's that can't rush him like the Jets did should help.
