Tford
His line through 2 weeks that puts him as 11th best Safety in the ATAP family of leagues. 3 Solos 1 Fumble Rec 3 INT 5 Pass D Personally, I like to have guys who consistently score through tackles and then when big plays come, they are gravy. Huff used to be that guy as little as two years ago. He's still fast and looks to be much improved in pass coverage. I like Mike and I hope that Hiram Eugene's injury can open the door for more playing time for him but can you trust Huff over safeties he is currently outscoring (below)? He doesn't look like the in-the-box safety he was in 2007 and the corners in OAK are too good to get beat enough for the safeties to get too much tackle opportunity playing center field. Oakland plays Denver this week which looks like a bad matchup on paper but then again, I didn't think he would ring up 21+ points. Eric Weddle Ed Reed Dawan Landry Antoine Bethea Tyvon Branch Quentin Mikell Roman Harper Thoughts?
Caveman_Nick
The question with Huff (in my eyes) WRT his less than sparkling stat line over the last couple of seasons comes down to this: Was it misuse by Oakland or was it that Huff's talent was over-rated? keggerz
[hijack] Since 2006(99% sure that is the year but could be 2005) Ed Reed has only logged 4+ tackles in TWO games[/hijack]

A little of both to be honest. He was played at the wrong position, but he also made a lot of errors on his own. I definitely think he's worth holding on to, but it's going to take a few more impressive games out of him to show me he's playing at a top level. rajncajn
Call me a homer, but I like Harper over any of the others mentioned. His tackle numbers will always be consistent, but this year his sack & turnover numbers will be much improved in Williams' defense.

So is that guy from Tampa pisca-something or other.
