You're reading the data correctly. Take a look at our team position rankings for running backs (TPR Report) and you'll see that MIN is ranked 9th and BAL is ranked 12th. So through two weeks of play they fall outside the top 8 (25%) defense against the run. So they are not considered a "bad" matchup right now. But they are obviously close and still good against the run.

Thanks for the reply, but I'm still confused. Baltimore gave up the least yards rushing and 0 td's rushing so far. How can they not be ranked #1 against the run?

Because last week Sproles got 124 recieving yards with a TD. It ranks each defense against the FF points a running back might get, not just how strong Baltimore is against ONLY the run. It has to do with how many points a team has given up to RB's, total, running and recieving.
