BearBroncos
Felix will get the majority of carries. He's the more deverse RB and has explosive speed throoug the middle. Felix ran a 4.44 in the combine while Choice ran a 4.54. Choice also doesn't have the cut ability that Jones has. Keep in mind, F. Jones is Barbers replacement and J. Jones loves this kid. Not so sure about that. For whatever reason, they don't throw to Felix. Choice is more of a complete back in their system, as he catches the ball extremely well out of the backfield and they throw to him often when he's in there. It would be interesting to see how they're used together . . .
SheikYerbuti
Felix ran a 4.44 in the combine while Choice ran a 4.54. If you watched 2 people race, and one ran a 4.44 and the other ran a 4.54, you would probably have no clue who won.
ReturnToSender
Choice will be the back that Barber is, and Jone's role will stay the same, maybe a few more touches, but they will give it to Choice more

That can be a huge margin when running between two tackles. Why do you think they run the combine and why do you think the 40 is so important for RB's? A 10th of a second could mean a 1st round or 3rd round pick.
BearBroncos
BTW, AP ran a 4.33. Do you think who would win the race between AP and TC?
dirtdickens
I plan on starting both Choice and Felix

Sorry man but that is a huge difference and if they did race it would be very noticeable who won. I think we're looking at 60/40 Felix/Tashard ratio
The Wolf
Not to hijack the thread, but Tashard Choice is someone who should be owned in all dynasty leagues. The kid has a lot of talent, and if it is not with Dallas, he'll be a solid player for some other team when he gets the chance to leave via free agency. Uhhh, I'm guessing you know more about football than running because you would be able to tell no doubt who won.

G.K.Trey
Huh Seemed clear to me, While Felix Jones may get more carries , the reason will not be because he ran 1/10 of a sec faster 2 yrs ago in the combine. Any other questions?

Missoula Griz
Choice will be the back that Barber is, and Jone's role will stay the same, maybe a few more touches, but they will give it to Choice more I agree. Choice showed last year he could handle the role of Barber. He also handled the blitz well last year.
cffl2323
i'd say 60/40 for felix. i think jones gets the yards and choice gets the TD's with similar fantasy points
Seahawks21
4.44 is track quality speed (at least in high school and smaller colleges). 4.54 is pretty average for even a HS back. 4.4anything is gliding. There is certainly a step or two difference, but who really cares? Shaun Alexander had a near HOF caliber career, and Michael Bennett couldn't keep a job for more than three weeks. Both are guaranteed 12 carries if Barber is out. Whoever is doing more with those twelve carries will have the opportunity for more in the 2nd half of the game. If they have similar results, you'll see similar touch numbers. Felix is the better play because any one run can lead to a productivce fantasy day.
