Brentastic
The new Adam Schefter on NFL network said Westbrook and DeSean Jackson expected to play. In other words, wait for official report an hour before gametime. I was first

i_am_the_swammi
Field was covered for the last 12 hours, and they just took it off. Rain has stopped, and is supposed to be done for afternoon. Â I doubt the field is a mess, so don't expect weather to play any factor in today's game.b

joeyb7
even "in a limited role" makes things a tougher decision....now for me it's between Westy or some bum on the waiver wire...just great.

Whos the bum, most waiver wires have been deep.
tosberg34
I'm going with McCoy anyways. My only other option is McFadden and to me it's a wash. I like McCoy's chances as I think Westy will probably be very limited. Â Here's to rolling the dice!
Trots
INACTIVE per NFL Network

LeSean should at least get some mop-up duty and may be a part of some of the wildcat formations...only need 1 good run vs a porous Chiefs D... Brentastic
actually he said "expected to be ACTIVE" You are correct, sir. My anxiousness to post the news got the better of me
LayLow
Brian Westbrook (ankle) will not play Sunday against the Chiefs. It's a surprise as the reports from Friday suggested Westbrook would try to give it a go. But with the bye week looming in Week 4, the Eagles have chosen to give Westbrook two full weeks to heal. Rookie LeSean McCoy will get his first career start and is a solid fantasy play. Sep. 27 - 11:35 am et

jaxfactor
Actually tempted to put McCoy in over Ray Rice. I'm thinking this is Rice's coming out week, but the thought of having McGahee looming scares me.
