Grogansghost
What do people expect to see - close to 50/50? Is it Jones' durability issues that have some assuming Choice will get the bulk of the carries? I realize that Choice is also talented, but Jones is 218lbs - not really built like a scatback...even though he moves like one. I don't know what his injury history was like in college, but I'm assuming his carries were kept lower by the presence of McFadden and not durability concerns. The guy is so much fun to watch, I really want to see what he could do with >10 carries.
RussMan
A source tells the Cowboys' website that Marion Barber (quadriceps) is "for sure" out Monday night against Carolina. Cowboys.com expects "a heavy dose of Felix Jones and Tashard Choice," and hints that Jones could see 20 touches (17 carries, three catches). The Cowboys haven't been clear about how they plan to divide work, but both backs are quality fantasy starts against a devastated Panthers front seven. Source: dallascowboys.com ----- TheHuddle says.... Huddle Up: No surprise here, of course. Felix Jones will see an increased workload, but Tashard Choice will likely get the bulk of the Cowboys' rushing attempts.
