dbforbes Posted October 6, 2009 Share Posted October 6, 2009 (edited) It is a shame, but I wouldn't even want to use him as a WR3 right now because there is no guarantee that he will at least put up some decent yardage from game to game. At WR3, you at least want some consistent points, which you can more easily get off of the waiver wire. However, if you know that you are going to need to score a lot of points to win a given matchup, you might want to plug him and pray that he chooses that night to relive his former glory. As of week 4, he only caught 8 of 20 passes thrown his way, for a whopping total of 158 yards. What kind of production is that? A shameful lack of production, in my humble opinion.
