untateve
I believe Florida will win, primarily on the strength of their defense. I believe they will win regardless if Tebow is in at QB or if Brantley gets the start. Additionally, as I have previously noted, Meyer has had two weeks to prepare while LSU had to deal with Georgia last week. Tim Tebow forgives Chief Dick. SLAYER
OK let's get this out of the way so we can move along. LSU will get beat, with the slim possibility of an upset IF they keep it close enough that by the fourth quarter the fans are still in the game, Florida plays without Tebow and the passer has a bad game Oh one more thing Miles has to outcoach Urban. this is why LSU will lose. The play of the offensive line followed closely behind the play of the defensive line. In the past these two have been the strength of this team. In the future they may be very good as they are young and have talent, but today they are still learning. LSU is the only top ten school not rated in the top twenty in total offense. the running game never gets going because the O line gets man handled. the QB is 19 yrs old he is also maturing on the job, he's got skills and the day he gets enough time to throw and he learns progression better watch out. he already is impressive in that he takes a sack instead of some stupid bonehead throw. so you have an offense that is avg at best going against the defense returning all 11 starters and what 8-9 backups who do you think wins that battle. The thing is I really really hope something just clicks and the Tigers pull it out, the talent is there they are just not a team yet. and that falls on the coaching staff. final prediction: Florida 31 LSU 10 I think they get exposed this weekend. I hope I have to eat crow on Sunday.
Perchoutofwater
My 3 favorite teams in order are Texas, Texas Tech, and LSU. Having said that LSU is one of the most over-rated teams this year. They are lucky the don't have two losses already. Florida should kill them.
dirtdickens
I hate this game this year. If Florida loses they will get a pass because of Tebow, just like USC always gets with their early season Ls.

It is sort of a meaningless game since the loser controls it's own fate when it comes to winning the BCS NC. This game is not like Texas vs Oklahoma because LSU and Florida aren't in the same SEC division.

Glabra
Tebow will play and Florida will romp..But he better not get hurt, or Meyer won't have a place to hide

BS Miscreant
It is sort of a meaningless game since the loser controls it's own fate when it comes to winning the BCS NC. This game is not like Texas vs Oklahoma because LSU and Florida aren't in the same SEC division. That's a nice thought and in a vacuum, relative to OU/UT, it's more or less true. However, just because both of these teams play their respective rivals in their respective divisions does not necessarily mean the loser controls it's own BCS destiny. SEC fate? Sure, but too many teams in the mix to assume a 1 loss SEC champ is an automatic for the title game. Are they likely? Yes, but not so much that one could say definitively that they control thier own fate. Throw in the fact that a close Florida loss does not hurt them that bad at LSU as would a bad LSU loss at home, especially since most seem to think LSU is living on borrowed time anyway. Regardless, I'll be watching and hoping for a good one. I believe the Gators take it though.
major-tom
LSU will build a decent lead early but Les will somehow allow them to come from ahead to lose. Can't say how many times I saw that happen the few short years he was at Oklahoma St.

SLAYER
Urban needs to let Tebow play or get his azz out of there if he wants to get out of there alive. The longer the crowd can stay in it, the more dangerous the Tigers are.
