jordanzs
Week 14: @ Jacksonville Week 15: @ Tennessee Week 16: Houston All 3 of those teams have proven that they can be torched at the passing game. Just picked up Henne in 1 league to back up Rivers. Just picked him up in another league to back up Ryan. I don't really intend on rotating him into the lineup, but just in case there's injury concerns with my studs, it's nice to know that his playoff schedule is 100% favorable!!! jordanzs
And this line of thinking might also translate into Tedd Ginn being a decent play during fantasy playoffs
MustOfBeenDrunk
he looked good and he also played smart plus one heck of an arm,, has the makings of a decent NFL QB the jury is still out on if he makes a decent FF QB ,, but I also grabbed him in a couple of dynasty leagues

kickureface
good idea. vs jax though there isnt really need for passing, unless jax is still fighting to win games
ABearWithFurniture
Wildcat offense = QBBC... Seems to me you got just as much chance as Brown or Williams throwing a TD as you do Henne...
kingfish247
Wildcat offense = QBBC... Seems to me you got just as much chance as Brown or Williams throwing a TD as you do Henne... Wow... The Wildcat was employed on 15 of Miami's offensive snaps vs NYJ. I recall two Brown pass attempts. MIA ran 64 total plays. Henne attempted 26 passes. The Wildcat is not a passing formation. Passing out of the Wildcat is a gadget, not a game plan. The Wildcat just makes MIA a run heavy team, not a QBBC. Also, any "**BC" where there's a 13:1 split is not a committee. Henne has value, almost any week as a FF backup, if he can manage the type of efficiency he showed versus a pretty good NYJ defense despite the run heavy offense. It's not just the 9.3 YPA, 240/2. It's that Henne, unlike Pennington, can make every throw on the field while maintaining a high level of efficiency. And another thing re: this Miami offense... depending on the format, Pennington was a top 10 to 15 QB last year. Chadman
Probably going to drop Sanchez for him this week (time to move on...), nice angle on the playoffs.
NAUgrad
I need to see this for a couple more weeks before I'm completely bought in.
whitelightning
anyone have further thoughts on him after the average game against the saints? i am not sure he's in the top 20 for fantasy football purposes. there are plays in the red zone where he's not on the field - pat white is. they love to run the ball. i really think he's got a low upside fantasywise this year. i picked him up in my keeper league but i think i'm going to drop him for alex smith. I just dropped him for Alex Smith in 2 of my leagues. In a dynasty league, I'm thinking Henne will be solid. Alex Smith has a nice matchup with Detroit in week 16. That's enough for me to horde him as a backup.

I think for that reason alone, I've been on the lookout for better options... including A. Smith.
