Big Mac Bears
Benched Palmer for McNabb this week. Ray Rice and MJD on the bench. Had to put in Justin Fargas and pray to the gods. Went into tonight down 13 points with McNabb and DJax going up against the Philly D and Westbrook. I won by 6 points. Never happens to me. BadgerBacker
Was tied going into tonight. Opponent had Santana Moss. I had Akers and DeSean Jackson. I knew Akers would get me points and was wondering whether Jackson would be feast or famine. No complaints here!

dirtysanchez1184
I was up 4 pts with my opponent playing Brent Celek. 2 injuries, big one to Leon and the one to Berrian killed my team. I clearly expected to lose. Luckily, Celek does nothing and I win! Wow.
Perchoutofwater
Good for you ... while they are smiling on you the are manureting all over me ... +1 In two different leagues I was the 2nd highest scorer only to be playing the high scorer. NAUgrad
+1 In two different leagues I was the 2nd highest scorer only to be playing the high scorer. Yep, this week I lost by 1 point. Last week I lost by 3 pts.
myhousekey
If I didn't have bad luck I'd have no luck at all. Highest scoring team of all 60 teams in our 5-league format and sitting at 3-4 in 8th place out of 12. Got horsetrailered once again last night by D Jackson and lost by 3 to the 2nd highest scoring team of the week.... The 3rd highest team of all 60 is sitting at 2-5 in 9th place in his league so I guess at least misery has company. Oh well, at least the Saints are winning. :rantover: Edited October 27, 2009 by myhousekey
BearBroncos
Was down by 25 points with DJax to go and he had Cooley. You wanna talk about god on your side!. First possession Djax gets me 18 points and then Cooley gets smacked (I like Colley so sad to see his season end) and then DJax for another 18 points to knock me over the top! Was loving last night! dbforbes
My competitor this week, in pertinent part, rostered Rodgers, Grant and the Pittsburgh defense, all of which scored big. On the other hand, I benched Palmer in favor of Warner, and the Saints' defense in favor of Philadelphia. Going into last night's game, I was down by 18.5 points, and kicking myself for what I expected to be a total loss. Thankfully, the sun shined on the Philadelphia defense, and, in the end, I won by 2.85 points! That kind of luck NEVER happens for me. Ultimately, I think that the fantasy football gods smiled upon the underdogs this week.
Rovers
Going into the second half last night, Akers only needed a FG or 2 more PATS to hand me a loss... and he took a zero in the second half.
