billay
I'm curious. Chris Chambers has been waived by the Chargers and picked up by the Chiefs. The huddle recommends picking him up. A few days ago the Huddle recommended dropping Bernard Berrian, who went on to score a TD against the Packers. Why is Chambers worth a roster spot, as a new member of a bad offense and no time to adjust, while Berrian, who is has scored more fantasy points than WR's like Calvin Johnson, Roy Williams, Torry Holt, and Donnie Avery, ought to be dropped? That recommendation struck me as entirely premature, and I wanted to give the powers that be an opportunity to explain it. Also, considering that I was shopping Berrian at the time, I didn;t appreciate the suiggestion at all.

Well, you know the standard answer, this is an advice business - whether you take it or not is up to you. Although, sometimes I swear DMD has a crystal ball somewhere near that barking dog..... wolfer
Chambers hasn't lost a step while with San Diego. He's lost 5. I agree with you on that one, it is hard to imagine a renaissance with KC. What I can tell you is Cassel in the red zone has gorgeous touch and throws a perfect fade, so maybe Chambers can get a few cheap TDs? if you think KC gets to the red zone more in the second half, well that's your call. Speaking of red zone, Berrian competes with Rice, Harvin, AP, chester, shiancoe for favre's attention. That leaves the deep ball threat and he's currently not 100% healthy. Do you think he's going to connect on more big plays? If you are trying to trade him off your roster I think you agree his boom-or-bust style isn't worth sweating over come playoff time. Puddy
Also, considering that I was shopping Berrian at the time, I didn;t appreciate the suiggestion at all. I think DMD and 2V should contact each member about potential trade offers prior to putting out any information. As a matter of fact, what the hell are they doing recommending Malcolm Floyd as a free agent pickup this week. I was planning on getting him and now all my leaguemates are going to know about it.
