xrayeyes1502
Kurt Warner! Look at that schedule. vs SEA, @ STL, @ TEN, vs MIN. Then the playoffs start! weeks 14, 15, and 16. @ SF, @ DET, and vs STL, I'm so glad I drafted him, get your popcorn ready! Any thoughts? i_am_the_swammi
Warner's looks great....though hopefully, you didn't draft him with a high pick at the expense of other positons. Me, in a 16-teamer, I drafted Hasselbeck (and backed him up with Wallace) in a very late round because of his playoff schedule: HOU, TB, & GB. Very tasty. And because I didn't spend an early pick on him, I was able to stockpile solid WRs in the 3rd-4th rounds while other guys were taking Warner/Romo/Schaub. I grabbed Djax and Marshall instead with those picks to add to Turner & Colston. And beleive it or not, Seattle's QBs combined have not performed much worse than those mentioned above...just a point or two worse per week, on average. I love targeting under-the-radar QBs on teams with weak running games, average-at-best defenses, and solid playoff schedules....Hasslebeck fits this description to a "T". Only concern would be a big blow out vs a bad team during playoff weeks which means less passing ( need to pass ) and or worse bringing in Leinart in for mop up duty ...other than that Warner is golden

I drafted first overall in a 10 team league. We get 6pts for all TD's including passing TD's. I grabbed him with my 4th/5th pick, as those picks were back-to-back. I feel I got huge depth with that pick.

Presuming that they win the division, I predict that they'll be out of the competition for a first round bye and/or home field advantage other then the first week. That means that they may not have much to play for in trying to win a few meaningless games.
bpwallace49
What would worry me is the starting-to-emerge Arizona running game that will eat up clock after they build an early lead.

Wizards
is it time to dump Brees? As long as Minnesota stays close...Brees will be a must start! Regardless of the opponent!

I was thinking that....but if the Vikings lose a 2nd game and it's week 14...I could see Brees playing for a half a game and then getting taken out against Tampa in week 16... His randomness keeps me from even entertaining the idea of depending him in the playoffs.
