Skrappy1 Posted November 16, 2009 Share Posted November 16, 2009 I'm watching the Eagles game, and they just said Westbrook is out with another concussion. Not good. At his age, after just having a concussion that took several weeks for him to shake off the effects of, I'm wondering if this could essentially be a career-ender for him ala Steve Young. Skrappy1 Posted November 16, 2009 Author Share Posted November 16, 2009 Definitely sounds like his season and career could be in jeopardy: Brian Westbrook-RB- Eagles Nov. 15 - 8:40 pm et Eagles coach Andy Reid said that "every precaution" will be taken with Brian Westbrook's concussions. Reid said he didn't know if Westbrook's career is in jeopardy. The Eagles will refuse to admit that Westbrook came back too soon from his Oct. 26 concussion, but he almost certainly did.
