Menudo
Dennis Dixon He is their 3rd string QB, but, I'm not sure if the Steelers have enough confidence in him yet. It will be interesting to see if they bring in a veteran free agent. Whose out there ?

tazinib1
Here is a listing of FA QB's who have not signed (that I know of). Brooks Bollinger Gus Frerotte Quinn Grey Trent Green Rex Grossman Drew Henson Brad Johnson JP Losman Jamie Martin Craig Nall Marques Tuiososopo Michael Vick Anthony Wright Do the Steelers revert back to the running game now that Big Ben is out for at least 2-3 weeks? 2-3 weeks assuming the Steelers are cautious with Ben and stick to the normal concussion time table. Ben is saying that he is fine and will play this week. We'll have to wait and see what the Steelers say.
Outshined
Brooks Bollinger is playing in the UFL and didn't look too bad. I wonder if he can just leave if a NFL team comes calling. I suppose its written in his contract. He would make a ton more in the NFL...
kpholmes
Ben is saying that he is fine and will play this week. We'll have to wait and see what the Steelers say. Scheft and Mort had a long conversation yesterday about how many head injuries Big Ben has already sustained in such a short period of time... Saying the Steelers should really lean on the side of caution when proceeding.

Outshined
Did I miss where it was said Ben would be out for this week? No - but they haven't said he is playing. They probably won't know until later in the week. They will run the tests to see how serious it is. It easy for them to reoccur if rushed back.
