Cowboyz1
Let me start by saying THANK YOU Defense. Wow that was one heck of a defensive effort by the Cowboys Defense. I have to give the Skins D credit also for a heck of a game but today Dallas showed me they could win with Defense. Holding Washington to 2 field goals was a feat with all the possesion they had. I was so glad to see Spencer close the game out. Wade's scheme is starting to take hold and not a moment to soon. I have noticed every player is playing their role and aren't panicking making the situation worse. No big plays at all and Ball filled in nicely at safety. Now if we could just figure out where our Offense went, that would be nice. It's like they are going though the same spell the Defense went into early in the season. One week they can't run the next they cant throw, just like the Defense one week couldn't stop the run and the next can't stop the pass. I hope the O has the same outcome that the D had and start playing consistantly, for if that happens look out. With the D playing like they are that, 21 or so points should win a lot of games. Good team win Boys. Now let's get these mistakes fixed and win some big ball games. Go Boys.........
ABearWithFurniture
It was Jason Campbell along with Washington's 3rd string RB...wouldn't get that 'gung-ho' just yet
Cowboyz1
It was Jason Campbell along with Washington's 3rd string RB...wouldn't get that 'gung-ho' just yet They where only held without a TD once this year and they had plenty of opportunity. I am also looking at the last say 5 games they have played very well. Consistantly giving up very few points that are not just handed over by an Offensive turnover inside our own 20. The Cowboys are very stingy on D as of late.
Outshined
They are ranked 29th in scoring. A good defense would have shut them out.

i_am_the_swammi
PS....the Skins were down to their 3rd RB and couldn't even pretend the presence of a run game, werewithout their stud TE, and have a stiff as a QB....and you needed their kicker to miss a gimme FG to have a chance? Take off the star-shaped glasses.
WaterMan
I'm sure as a Cowboy fan you get to see the Redskins play alot. They are god awful on offense. The Rams and KC kept them from scoring TDs too.

Avernus
honestly...it appears that unless you play for the Saints or Vikings, you play for a mediocre at best team... although the Panthers are starting to impress, they still have Delhomme at QB.... you have the Saints and Vikings....then you have the rest....because other than those two teams, nobody looks impressive... You give any NFL team 7 opportunities in the opponents territory odds are you going to score points, unless the D is playing pretty well, which the Cowboys D is giving up only 6. Hilarryass Washington that's a real reason to get amped about the D lol this team if they happen to squeak into the playoffs will be 1 and done like always with Tony Nomo (superbowls)! Cowboyz1
Not bad, not bad at all............. Team D ranks 5th in the NFL with 175 total points given up and an average of 17.5. Like I said if the O can score 21 we should win a lot of games. LosGatosEnFuegos
they are in the NFC...Colts are in the AFC.... That is a statement of fact. However, nowhere in your post did you mention the NFC. You just said that only two teams aren't mediocre. If you meant the Saints and Vikes are the only good teams in the NFC, that's different. whomper
Just a strange team to figure out IMO. Its obviously true the D made this win possible but a narrow win vs the skins and no offense whatsoever in the last 2 weeks concerns me. They had an impressive winning streak with great wins over the Flacons and Philly. Got smacked by the Pack and barely beat the Skins. A win is a win dont get me wrong and its always fun to beat Washington but they still obviously have to get some things figured out

Nice to see we can win a game scoring only 7 points though. I don't know many teams that can win scoring only 7 and that is a positive sign isn't it?...........
