Henry Muto
I don't know who to root for Jimmy...you root for Minnesota!!!!! If your a fantasy football fan and have played on either Minnesota or New Orleans then you need to root for Minnesota to beat Arizona this week...if that happens there is a good chance Minn will be 14-1 and NO will be 15-0 going into the final week and both teams will need to play their starters since if they tie at 15-1 Minn wins the tie breaker since their lone loss was to the AFC and NO would end up losing to a NFC team. So get on the Minnesota band wagon because this will be their toughest game of the year left. If Minn loses there is a good chance NO and MInn might rest players in weeks 16 and
cdrudge
They are both dome teams so I'm not sure if one getting home field advantage is as big of a deal as if they were trying to avoid going outdoors say in Chicago or GB in late January. Yes fan base is important, but both have shown that they can win on the road just as well as at home.

I think the Vikings have zero shot at beating the Saints in NO but have a great shot if they play them in the dump they call home. There is no chance I will ever root for the Vikings no matter who is on my fantasy team.

gbpfan1231
Would you like a little cheese with your whine? Not whining. I actually kind of like hating a team so much. It gives me more games to be into. I despised the Vikings before and now with Favre, Longwell, the gay redneck calf roping guy, steroid williams, steroid Williams, and pothead Harvin it is even more enjoyable to see them peak and then choke in the playoffs again. Looking forward to it.

I'm telling you Favre is going to do somethiing at some point to cost you guys the season.... My dream (yea, it's probably just a dream) is that Favre pulls his knucklehead ways in a playoff game against GB. In any case, It's pretty tough to beat a team 3 times in one season. I think GB v. Minn. III would be epic.

I almost expect it. Anything else is gravy.

Yes fan base is important, but both have shown that they can win on the road just as well as at home. Homefiled advantage in this case is VERY important in my opinion since domes can become extrememly noisy. The visiting team would have to battle the noise of a hostile playoff crowd... that's no small matter.
