Thews40
If it's only close between a flex player that's starting on a Monday or Thursday night vs. a Sunday game, I'll usually choose the Monday/Thursday player just to have something to watch. It's showtime this week and with playoff implication on the line I'm finding the mental battle in WDIS flex harder than most weeks, so I tell myself that in big spotlight games (Monday and Thursday) players tend to pony up and put on more of a show. This week I've convinced myself that Breaston is a good start and Hines Ward is a bad start. Granted I'm not starting Breaston over any studs, but I'm sorta thinking I just want the option to score points on Monday night giving myself a chance to win. Starting Wells isn't an option, but I see him as a good start as a flex as well. I also picked up the AZ D in one league and they should do well against SF. Q: Do you factor in players playing on Monday/Thursday night over the Sunday games, and if so how much weight do you place on it?
bigdre13
Absolutely. If I have a chance of playing someone that is halfway decent on Monday, I PLAY HIM! I don't usually do it for thursday night games but definitely Monday. Plus, it always gives you a chance if you are down!
