Not the real heavy, spicy Cajun blackening that you find on catfish and redfish a lot of times, but a much more subtle flavor that didn't overpower the fish. Outstanding. JulieB had sea scallops on mushroom risotto. Knocked back blue crab pot stickers and cold smoked oysters for appetizers and washed it all down with a nice New Zealand Chardonnay. Muy bueno!
