Cameltosis Posted December 28, 2009 Share Posted December 28, 2009 I was at the wifes uncle's for Christmas Eve drinks and he had some smoked goose breast cut in thin slices on an appitizer tray. It was one of the best things I have ever tasted. He told me that he bagged the goose but a freind of his smoked it. He thinks the marinade was a simple one with mostly brown sugar and water.
