All PPR leagues. Vipers (lost in semi-finals) posted a 170 pt score in week 16 - #1 seed going into the playoffs - finished as the #1 scoring team thru week 16 Brady/Favre T-Jones/R-Bush Mendenhall/Forsett J-Harrison R-Moss Colston Garcon/Collie/Chambers/Berrian Gates/Celek Kaeding Arz/NYJ Swordfish (lost in semi-finals) posted a 179 pt score in week 16 - #1 seed going into the playoffs - finished as the #1 scoring team thru week 16 Warner Mendenhall Grant Wells R-Moss Welker R-White/Nicks/Chambers Winslow/Finley Kaeding Indy Bulldogs (lost in title game 148-145) - #1 seed going into the plaoffs - finished as the #1 scoring team thru week 16 Alex Smith/Cutler (I hate you Cutler!) Chris Johnson (I love you man!) Wells/F-Jackson/Moreno/McCoy R-Moss V-Jackson (God if I only picked Wes Welker over Jackson in the 3rd round here!) Colston Sims-Walker (I hate you!) buddahj Posted December 29, 2009 Share Posted December 29, 2009 played in 4 leagues this year & made the playoffs in 3 of them. only made it to the championship game in one. funny thing is...i think it was my weakest team of the four. the team i really thought was my money team scored 145 pts in week 14 (1st round bye), 103 in week 15 (lost by 1.02 pts) & 117 this week (would have been enough to win it all). sometimes i hate this game. I destroyed the rest of the league in points (which is cool because points champion wins as much as playoff champion). However, in week 14, I got taken out by DeSean Jackson & Hakeem Nicks (from that wild Eagles/Giants game). Grrrrrrrr. So yeah, I'm in the consolation bracket, and of course this week my team went off & blew away everyone else. Woooo Hooooo.....5th place is all mine! SJax was announced inactive late, so I could only put Cartwright in his spot (left Caddy and his 24 points on the bench) Wayne puts up 6 points. Rudd puts up his 3rd worst game of the year. Osi goose eggs. Babineaux puts up 1 point after averaging 14 a game. Gibril puts up 1 point after averaging 12 a game. Very frustrating. T Romo C Johnson T Jones L Fitz A Johnson A Boldin A Gates Saints D I was top 2 in points in 4 of my 5 leagues, but missed the playoffs in 2 of them. Yet made the playoffs with my worst team of the 5. I really don't understand why H2H is the most popular form of FF. It's fun and everything, but Points and All Play just seem so much more accurate in determining who the best teams are. For those who want smack talk and rivalries, why only play once or twice a season, when you can play your rival every week? Call me crazy... I just had several massive weeks followed by more then just a couple really close weeks that didn't go in my favor.
