Chief Dick
According to the Colts upper management, it's better to rest players for the playoffs because the goal is to win the Super Bowl. YET, the players are allowed to play so they can achieve INDIVIDUAL stats, a la Wayne and Clark this weekend. Hmmm......
Riffraff
And Wayne's 100 catch season may be knocked down to only 99 since one may be corrected to a lateral and run.
pokerboss
glad im not the only one that thought that was the biggest piece of hypocracy this season.
wolfer
quote from Polian: "we wanted to beat Jax in week 15 to acheive 2 records: most consecutive regular season wins (24) and most wins in a decade". Will someone please explain to me why those records are meaningful but 19-0 isn't? Anyways, Indy's only SB win I don't think they were able to rest starters that year so the book is out on whether this is good for them. At least we do know what life looks like without a healthy Manning...and it aint pretty!
