Chavez
Tennessee was 0-6 before they started REALLY riding Johnson. He had more than 17 carries once in the first 6 weeks for a total of 95 (16/game) for 569 yds. He also wasn't getting that many passes his way - 16 for 116 yds. Tenn closed on a 8-2 run during which he had less than 21 carries ONCE, and he averaged 141 yds rushing per game. first 6 games, Last 10 games, Johnson averages 26.3 carries per game (oh, AND 141 rushing yds, to go with another 3.4 touches and 387 yds/38.7 yds/game on receptions) and the Titans go 8-2. THAT is a clear demonstration of "value."
muck
How often is it that a player has their best year of their HOF-worthy career in their 2nd season? Dan Marino? Gale Sayers? Eric Dickerson? Just be careful of expectations next year...

Chavez
Just be careful of expectations next year... 369 touches.... ...up in that "dangerous" range of work for a RB.
bpwallace49
I expect nothing less than 2700 yards rushing next year. . . .and world peace.
