BeeR
Apparently it's a penalty to let someone push you (re the pass int call on NY). Not a stellar performance by either team yet but some big plays, pretty "good" game overall so far. And my rushing total thing is being shot to hell already. I went for the under. Big John
Apparently it's a penalty to let someone push you (re the pass int call on NY). Revis got the INT to make up for that.
bushwacked
Brad Smith throws a better ball than Palmer.

He should anyway. I mean if anyone ever was a Johnson, it's him.

whomper
Very timid final drive before the half there by the Jets. Especially with 3 timeouts left
CaptainHook
That pick by Revis was awesome. Chad Johnson (which is how I will refer to him from now on, since he's not man enough to honor his bet) is getting his butt kicked.
bushwacked
Brad Smith throws a better ball than Palmer. Was that Brad Smith who threw the TD or was I seeing things? NFL.com is showing Sanchez with the TD.
Big John
Was that Brad Smith who threw the TD or was I seeing things? NFL.com is showing Sanchez with the TD. Sanchez threw the TD. The announcing crew was saying Smith was under center, but it was Sanchez.
CaptainHook
I thought it was Smith too, but that's because the announcer's said it was "Smith under center" before the play. I just looked at the replay on nfl.com and it was Sanchez.
CaptainHook
If Braylon Edwards hadn't dropped the other pass, Sanchez would have two TD's.
Rovers
Refs really making some bad calls. Harris was blatantly held on the Benson 20 yard run that was the key play in the Bengals TD drive. Then, Ocho could have been called on the Coles TD catch. He basically blocked Revis away from the play... could have been a penalty , easilly. Then The absolutely ridiculous PI on Revis. Whining over... except for freakin Edwards. No wonder Cleveland dumped him. Sanchez has played great. I have been anti-Sanchez from day one, but he has played far better than I could have hoped for. The Jets just wanted to keep a 7 point lead... and with the ball to start the second half, they hope that the Cinci D begins to wear down against the run. Typical Rex Ryan. Like I said in the sig bet thread, I thought Keller could be big in this game. Load the box... the most likely guy to burn you is the TE. A bit surprised Greene has gotten so many carries. That's it... I'm back to the game.

Jackass
well, haven't been watching the game, but color me surprised. I thought the Jets would lose today.

Henry Muto
Time to change your name back to Chad Johnson 0 catches in 1 1/2 games vs Revis
BeeR
Are the refs on CIN's side or what? Two HORRIBLE calls in a row. First the non-call on CJ for all but tackling Revis, then pass int on Revis which wasn't PI at all.
isleseeya
Missed FG hurt weird feel to the game ...almost feels like something has to happen for Bengals but running out of time Jets bending a little but not breaking on defense ...another score by Jets may seal the deal

isleseeya
Why does Shayne Graham have a job in the NFL? I agree at this level and with the stakes this high , you have to make that kick
CaptainHook
uh, arm bar gets called every time. good call on revis on the PI.
Rovers
Seriously, what is with all the horrible calls and non-calls with the Revis-Johnson matchup? Awful. Yup... agreed. Some justice was served with the missed FG, but... Ocho laid on Revis on one play. Cotchery may not put up numbers. he is a really good. And finally... TJ time. isleseeya
That may be the game and I have no idea how Bengals won their division and got 3 seed not based on how they are playing today ...at home , all their players healthy , etc
Rovers
Time for me to eat chit on my Jets MB... and I'll be happy to do it! Sanchez has player very well.
