Grits and Shins
The Vikings outplayed Dallas in EVERY phase of the game. The Cowboys looked like they thought they would only have to show up to win this game ... they were simply not prepared to play. The Cowboys looked like a deer in headlights all day long ... didn't look like a team that belonged in the playoffs. Dallas play calling was uninspired and predictable. Somebody should have told Jerry Jones, Wade Phillips and the Cowboys that "demons" wouldn't be fully exercised until they won the NFC championship at a VERY minimum. Disgraceful performance today ... just disgraceful. And YES it is time to get rid of Wade Phillips.

alexgaddis
I would say Dallas started the game fairly well...they looked good and could have scored a TD on the first three drives...but the Vikings took control of the game and never looked back
Cowboyz1
Congrats Vikings, you guys dominated today. I think this game may have been different had our jacked legged kicker made those field goals. However, that D was dominate so it probably wouldn't have mattered. As soon as the Cowboys became one dimentional, it was over. I don't know if it was the Vikings D line that was totally dominate or our O line was totally inept. I have to say the D line of the Vikings took it to us today. 6 sacks, fumbles, and such did us in. Romo had no time at all to do anything. I certainly didn't think they could dominate our line like they did. I am a Farve fan so I am glad for him to be moving on. I had a bad feeling that this was going to be his majical year and after that Rice past I was convinced this was going to be a difficult game to win. Great job Vikings and great year for the Boys. CowboysDiehard
Agree with Grits. Would be nice to get rid of Wade, but we're stuck with him. Plus, this game renewed my hatred of the Viqueens. I hope the Saints kick their ass.

I think you guys should be happy about what he did in December with that defense, and his spankings of the Iggles.

In the end the Vikings turned up the intensity, especially getting after Romo. Not how I expected it to happen but I'll take it! On to New Orleans where the noise will be working against the Vikes, not to mention that monster of an offense. Ed Hoyle
Nope. Special place in my toilet...maybe. I'll let you know in the morning. Pretty good one....think of that when your 'Boyz clean out their locker. Jerry Steinbrenner, oops Jones, just proved that he's "not there yet". 'Da Boyz had a great December and spanked the Eagles. But, they lost to both GB and SD to show where they had issues. Romo can't finish a complete game when he's getting pressure....'deer in the headlights' or David Carr syndrome. No one gave the Vikes a chance in this game and thought they would lose. As for the last score. Get over it. It is the NFL. It was a heave-pass. If Dallas had stopped them, it is a non-issue. Who can blame them for wanting to rub it in? No one gave the Vikes a chance to win.... "Dallas is one of the hottest teams in the NFL right now.". Sure, you can be "HOT" all you want, but unless you come to play...you will lose. (i.e.- GB last week, AZ, SD, and Dallas this week.) I wanted shanny, holmgren. Would love cowher but found that highly unlikely. I wish Dallas could find a better hc and make wade the dc. Never happen. Dallas made some good strides this year but fell short of the ultimate goal and looked outclassed by min. There are still pieces needed to complete this puzzle. T_bone65
Good old fashion ass whooping by the Vikes congrats on a well deserved and played game. I thought we had a chance on the first 3 drives but got 3 points of them total. On to next season
