CaP'N GRuNGe
On the local sports radio today they mentioned Reggie Bush is due to make alot of money next year ( i think it was $8 million but I could be wrong) and the Saints might not be willing to pay that kind of money to a hit and miss 3rd down back (granted he looked great this last weekend). The speculation was that if the Saints let him go to free agency that Seattle might be the major player with Carroll looking to reunite with Bush and Paul Allen not afraid to open up the checkbook. Just food for thought.
j2v
With LenDale White due to be a restricted free agent and the Titans unlikely to match any offer, Carroll could put the band back together in Seattle. If Warner doesn't retire maybe they could make a play for Leinart as well.

CaptainHook
What's the Saints cap situation? Hard to see them cutting him, going into an uncapped year . . . Edited January 20, 2010 by CaptainHook

He'll either restructure or get traded, but no team is going to pay him $8 mil trade or not.

Can Allen afford to pay Bush & his family as much to play for Carroll as USC paid them to get Reggie to play for Carroll?
