Kansas State 2000
I still take the Colts ... If the Saints play like tonight it's over at the half.

Rockerbraves
Got my money in on the Colts early. My guess is that all the experts will pick the Colts to win, but who is crazy enough to give the Saints offense 5 points prior to kickoff? Menudo
I'm going to lay the points and bet on the Colts. I'm not overly confident in it, but, that is where my money will lie. I think the Colts have the better defense, and an offense that can keep pace with the Saints. Brees is great, but, Manning is the best I've EVER seen. Hasn't hurt them yet but remember that the Colts were last (or damn near) in rushing this year. The Saints were 6th I believe. Just wondering if the better balanced offensive team finds a way to win (especially if they need to burn some clock late in the game). Lost a little luv for Manning several years ago when I was winning my fantasy game going into a Minday night game. Thought about sitting Manning, but decided to play Manning anyway to run up the score and Manning produced something like -3 points. Thus I lost my fantasy game that week. I hear you on the Saints rushing capability with their "3 headed monster", howeever, I don't think the Colt's D isn't getting some of the props I believe they deserve for shutting down the run. We've gone up against some of the best rushing teams in the NFL and have pretty much shut them down. Jet's had the #1 Rushing offense, and Baltimore had the 5th, and we made those run games inneffective.... Granted, the Saint's passing game is more concerning to me than their rushing attack. In the same sense I don't think the Saints secondary, now that it's healthy again, gets the props it deserves against the pass.

I wouldn't put him in quite the same category as elite QBs as Manning, Brady, and Brees, but from a statistic standpoint he's running with the big boys. 11/18 311 Yards, 1TD, 2 INT 11/29 284 yards, 2TD, 2INT
BeeR
I'm all over Saints on that. Colts have not faced an offense like this all year and NO defense isn't bad (granted they didn't exactly dazzle vs MIN). I just hope it's a good game. Cunning Runt
that wasn't the issue at hand......this was. No it wasn't. You chose to infer from the question what you wanted. I chose to infer what I wanted. At the end of the day, a win matters most in my book.
