electricrelish
Sometimes there are more important things than divisional rivalries and Brett Favre. It's time for Packers fans and Vikings fans to Mancrunch. Now we know how you keep warm in the winter. cdrudge
Aww, looks like Mancruch won't be making it to the SB party.
electricrelish
I bet A.J. Hawk and A.P. aren't too happy about them using their spamshirts.
piratesownninjas
I bet A.J. Hawk and A.P. aren't too happy about them using their spamshirts. Maybe if AJ Hawk didn't play like a fairy on the field...
MikesVikes
So it looks like mancrunch is not a potato chip then.
Randall
Well I am glad Brett Favre has retired again(no not officially but it happens every year).
detlef
Thing is, it's a pretty freaking dumb commercial. There've been risque commercials that may not be your thing but still make you chuckle. That's just sort of dumb. How'd that pitch go? "OK, so you've got these two guys watching football. Typical sports dudes, right? Anyrate, their hands touch going for some chips and then, all of a sudden, they just start going at it! Get it?!" "Get what?" "They just start going at it!" "OK, sounds like they're gay." "Exactly!" "OK. Anything else?" "Yep. There's some other dude sitting there really uncomfortable." "So he's not gay." "Exactly!" "Next."

That's just sort of dumb. How'd that pitch go? My guess is that there intentions was never really to have a superbowl ad. $2.5m is a lot of venture capital to burn through these days. But it has probably worked exactly how they wanted it. It got their name out there. All the major news sites at least mentioned the article...and it didn't cost them nearly what it would have during the superbowl. It only cost them the price to shoot the commercial...which from the version I saw probably didn't cost all that much to begin with.

I've seen random Youtube vids with higher production value so that thing couldn't have cost anything at all. They did get exposure.
i_am_the_swammi
when I saw it at first glance, I thought the thread title was: "Time for Packers and Vikings fans to Make me a Sammich"
Chief Dick
Maybe if AJ Hawk didn't play like a fairy on the field... There is Tom Brady hair and AJ Hawk hair. Tom Brady hair gets this. AJ Hawk hair gets this.
