I remember someone with allot more knowledge about FA than I posted some rules related to FA in the uncapped year. Specifically, I recall limitations to the amount of one position that you are able to sign in an uncapped year. Can someone that recalls this point me in the direction of that thread, or just post the rules I'm looking for?
