kpholmes
So when I traded for and drated him, I must have known something. Nah...nevermind. As a DE he might have some sucess playing opposite of Seymour. I think his numbers are better as a WLB in a 3-4 though... There's actually a pretty promising rumor circulating about the Raiders switching to a 3-4... Edited March 16, 2010 by kpholmes
Duchess Jack
this is interesting. from the linked article. BROWNS 2010 DRAFT SELECTIONS The trades of Brady Quinn and Kamerion Wimbley were the third and fourth ones made by the new Browns management team of President Mike Holmgren and General Manager Tom Heckert. Not all of the trades involved selections in the 2010 draft. Here’s an update on the Browns’ current stockpile of picks for this April. The Browns now own 12 picks. They are: • Their own selections in Rounds 1 through 6. • The New York Jets’ selections in Rounds 3 and 5 (via Braylon Edwards trade in 2009). • The Oakland Raiders’ pick in Round 3 (via Kamerion Wimbley trade). • The Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ pick in Round 5 (via Kellen Winslow trade in 2009). • The Denver Broncos’ pick in Round 5 (via Corey Williams trade to Detroit). • The Carolina Panthers’ pick in Round 6 (via Louis Leonard trade in 2009). Notes: The Browns included their seventh-round pick in 2010 in the trade of Williams. ... The Browns surrendered a conditional seventh-round pick in 2011 to Seattle in the trade for Seneca Wallace. ... The Browns received Denver’s sixth-round pick in 2011 and a conditional pick in 2012 for Quinn.
