frenzal rhomb
I have 4 eggplant plants going - I have never grown this before. Are they like cucs were they produce tons per plant or is the yield going to be low? Thanks
Kid Cid
I suggest that you start working on some eggplant recipes now and find out which of your neighbors will like them too.

HowboutthemCowboys
I love to slice them maybe a 1/2 inch thick then egg and bread crumb then fry in olive oil. The ones that I've grown produced nicely, but not like cukes.

SheikYerbuti
I planted about 20 eggplant seeds this season and not one of them sprouted. Meh, it's cheap at the megamart so no big deal. My dead spinach plants, OTOH. . . And I loves me some grilled eggplant. . .or breaded and fried. . .or baba ganoush. . .or. . .

Jimmy Neutron
I would figure 4 to 6 eggplants from each plant. You will get tired of it. Yep. I usually grow them and look forward fo eggplant parm - usually twice a year is enough for me. I think I grow them more because they look unique and pretty in the garden.
