I'm more of a skeptic when it comes to Welker. 50 or 60 catches with Brady spreading it out more to Edelman and the TEs would not surprise me at all. Maybe he defies the odds and plays all 16 games close to last year's level, but to me the risk is too great to burn a pick earlier than the 6th, which means he will not be on any of my teams.

I think he had that many catches vs the AFC East alone last year.

 

He will get his he might not get to 100 again but 80 should be a reasonable expectation if all is well with his knee.
