BearBroncos
Broncos make it official, sign Justin Fargas The Denver Broncos made it official, announcing the signing of veteran free agent running back Justin Fargas. The 6-foot-1, 220-pounder spent his first seven NFL seasons with the Oakland Raiders where he rushed for 3,369 yards on 827 carries with 10 touchdowns. He also registered 77 receptions for 523 yards. He was drafted by the Raiders in the third round (96th overall) of the 2003 NFL draft out of USC Now really! I guess if anything, Fargus might be a good replacement for Buckhalter, but again, Fargas????
Bronco Billy
How can you possibly question this genius who has Denver on the cusp of SuperBowldom?
BearBroncos
we need depth, he's the best FA Certainly doesn't bode well for Moreno and/or Buckhalter. Nope, surely doesn't when they are going out and shopping as heavely as they are. But Fargas..... Couldn't we try and talk Floyd Little to suit up again? He'd probably last longer than Fargas. BearBroncos
How can you possibly question this genius who has Denver on the cusp of SuperBowldom? Bah... I refuse to say your right! For at least until half way through the season.
byron2112
Fargas is actually a pretty productive and hard running back... I think he would be a real good pickup for them with the zone blocking scheme, cause Denver has quality on the O-line, but now... I dunno. Definitely a guy that needs to share carries since he runs like a crashtest dummy.

piratesownninjas
Certainly doesn't bode well for Moreno and/or Buckhalter. I don't think it has any effect on Moreno. Buckhalter on the other hand...

BeeR
How can you possibly question this genius who has Denver on the cusp of SuperBowldom? They're looking for RB depth and (wisely) not looking to throw a bunch of money at it. Who would you have signed instead?
piratesownninjas
If Buckhalter's 100% healthy, he won't lose touches to Fargas. Don't discount Huggy Bear Jr. The guy has produced on some god awful teams. Sorry KP. He's vastly under-appreciated for what he's done with the offenses he's been on. I like him more than Buckhalter.
