If not, the Chargers could suspend him again for "conduct detrimental to the team." Probably alienates some potential employer GMs. But.. all he needs is one to like him. All he has to do is say that it hurts and then limp around. How could a team doctor possibly refute that? It happens all the time (usually in the pre-season though).
