RakeFighter
I had the 3rd pick of 10 teams, and was pretty pleased taking Peterson at 1.3, and D Williams at 2.8. I followed those picks with Roddy White at 3.3, but then I misread the bye week schedule and picked up Steve Smith (NYG) later in the draft. He and White share a bye week. Gah, something so simple. major-tom
Don't sweat it - in a 10 team league there are plenty of WRs to fill in.
Jackass
doesn't matter at all. i don't even look at bye weeks when i draft.
Furd
Other than PKs and Defs (which you should probably only be drafting one of anyway) and perhaps backup QBs, bye weeks shouldn't be much of a factor in your draft, particularly in a ten team league. cdrudge
That's not a mistake. A mistake is showing up for a online draft late, letting Sidney Rice get autodrafted for you, and then consciously taking Donnie Avery in a later round. That's a mistake. It's also why free leagues can suck but it's with friends and it's worth at least what I'm not paying.
