loaf
An MRI confirmed the worst for the Steelers, who since the spring have been preparing Leftwich to start while Roethlisberger serves a likely four-game suspension at the start of the regular season. Dennis Dixon becomes the frontrunner to fill in
Bronco Billy
Seriously, what difference does it make? The guy posseses the mobility of a lawn gnome. Strap his leg in a brace that allows him to limp up under center before the next play starts and he's good to go. If there were ever a QB who could lose both legs and come back and play with two protheses, it would be Leftwich.
Furd
I had hoped that Wallace would benefit from Leftwich's strong arm. Can Dixon throw a deep ball?

Seriously though, didn't Leftwhich break a bone in his leg and have to be carried down field by his lineman at Marshall?
loaf
Dixon's a scrambler. Don't know about his arm strength.
Skippy
I'm not sure it it time to jump on the Dixon bandwagon. Local talk is mentioning Charlie Batch a lot. I did not get any sort of official word on this but also think it will be Batch at the helm.
