burton
LenDale White will miss the 2010 season after suffering a ruptured Achilles' tendon in Thursday's preseason finale.White wasn't going to play for a month due to suspension, and the Broncos weren't counting on him for a significant role beyond Week 5. Chris Johnson's former touchdown vulture drew scant interest around the league when the Seahawks surprisingly released him in May. We're not aware of any NFL running back successfully returning from a torn Achilles'. LenDale won't be the first. RotoWorld
dirtdickens
1. USC continues to produce top of the line offensive talent. 2. Do the Broncos think about Fargas again?
Bronco Billy
2. Do the Broncos think about Fargas again? White wasn't playing in the first 4 weeks due to suspension. DEN cut Fargas quickly despite that. I don't think this affects how they deal with Fargas at all. FWIW - I did overpay for Fargas off the WW when DEN added him and Moreno and Buckhalter still looked dicey (and they both still look dicey to me). I also dropped Fargas and picked up Ball this past week - I really like the way the kid runs the football. Don't get me wrong, he's not going to be even a consistent RB3 in a 12 team league most likely. But he might be worth a flyer as depth with the guys ahead of him struggling with injuries, and both of them reasonably likely to have a reoccurrence during the season. Bronco Billy
however, if our OL doesn't do a better job pushing the LoS downfield, it won't matter. I don't know what's gotten into you lately. Critisizing the Broncos? They're going to ask you to turn in those super cool 3D orange-and-blue specs, my man.
