BeeR
Great move by HOU, IMO, and to the numerous teams who passed on a cheap QB who still has a lot of upside. Kubiak is a QB kinda guy who might make this work really well and made a no-brainer move here. Sure he might still fizzle but well worth a try. Kinda hoping that he would be signed by the Packers to hold a clipboard and learn . . . .
BearBroncos
It's sad, but some just never grasp the NFL. Leinert = Leaf
tazinib1
It's sad, but some just never grasp the NFL. Leinert = Leaf +1 Sorry Leinart faithfuls. The guy has had 5 years to learn. He hasn't and won't. I'm sure there are some good hot tub bars in Houston.
BeeR
It's sad, but some just never grasp the NFL. Leinert = Leaf Right. He's barely started one seasons' worth of games - most of them his rookie year. Do you work for the Cards?
Jackass
It's sad, but some just never grasp the NFL. Leinert = Leaf I think he's got some drug addictions and crimes to commit b/f he can be compared to Leaf. He could still be a successful backup in the NFL with a little attitude adjustment. Jackass
ya know I would tend to agree...but its been 5 years!!!! he was behind a hall of famer. wasn't wiz's guy. wiz fell in love with Mel Hall or whateve his name is. There's a lot of crappy backups in the nfl. he's better than orlovsky. that's why the texans signed him presumably.
thechamp115
Hello everyone this is my first post, great site. Leinart has really fallen of the map at this point. You know your done when a new quaterback goes into the locker room and takes your team. According to Whisenhunt Leinart's problem went beyond his abilities it was more about his lack of leadership. That obviously doesn't bode well for Matt! He's definately not going to see the field over in Texas!
