wolfer
(Rotoworld) Mathias Kiwanuka started Sunday's opener at strong-side linebacker and racked up four tackles, two sacks, and a forced fumble. Analysis: Asked if he's been permanently moved to linebacker, Kiwanuka replied "Depends on what the day is. Today I was." Osi Umenyiora started on the line and had five tackles, a sack, and another forced fumble. It'd seem silly to mess with something that worked so well, so expect the alignment to continue. I had a lucky week, starting Cole and KVB with Kiwanuka on the pine. This development is interesting though and much better than the rotational committee approach to DEs the G-men like to employ. Will MFL have to step in and change Kiwanuka to a LB? Lets hope not...
keggerz
Kiwi should remain a DE but the Giants do have some looks/packages where he sees time as the SLB....as long as it works the Giants will keep using it...if something were to happen to Osi I would bet that would also push Kiwi to more of a full time DE
