MonkeyOne
I have only moved to have a trade vetoed once, after I confronted the owners about their moves it and they admitted collusion. Without explicit proof, it shouldn't be an option.
STL Fan
In our league, the commish may only veto on two very specific circumstances. 1. Collusion - Obvious 2. Deliberate Deception - A few years ago we had a guy that heard that one of his top WR's had blown out his knee in practice, so he rushed to his computer and proposed a trade to an owner he knew would be at work and would not know about the injury. He told him he had another deal pending and pushed for a quick decision. He's no longer in our league.
