The Grey Pilgrim Posted September 21, 2010 Share Posted September 21, 2010 As the NO/SF wound down, it was looking grim for me when NO tried 3 running plays down by the goal line, then settled for a FG. I still needed Brees to throw a 3rd TD pass. He didn't. Luckily, SF came back and tied the game. Was the 2 pt conversion good, or not? I think so. But then I thought Megatron had a TD last week. Anyway, NO gets the ball back, Brees throw for a few first downs, and I win my game 124.98 to 124.20. And what was the difference? Well, I think it was the throw and catch by Brees early in the 4th quarter, where he picked up about 5 yard or so "receiving yards". And you can't forget the 1 point I received for Brees "reception".
