cre8tiff
A ) This looks like it means Jackson isn't hurt THAT bad and B ) They think Darby is an adequate backup. C ) I hope the Rams run the Terminator. Edited September 28, 2010 by cre8tiff
JUMbotron
It's actually a clue that SJ will be inactive, thus opening a roster spot (most likely for special teams) since Darby would need to focus on offense.

See? That's what I am talking about. Insight.
Balzac
This annoys me, as I might have to submit a claim for Darby now. With Moreno and Best (assumedly) out at RB, I need someone who is going to actually play . . . Darby appears to be that guy (at least for this week). STL Fan
Officially, the Rams are still saying all scans were negative and they hope Jackson will go Sunday. I can tell you that from the "man-in-the-street" perspective, NO ONE is happy with Darby as Jackson's backup and fans and media have been highly critical of the FO for not getting a legitimate backup for SJax and a #1 or #2 receiver since the end of last season. They have plenty of cap room and no real excuses. It just seems nuts to spend all that money on Bradford and not get him some new tools. Darby looked awfully sharp during pre-season (remember how he was suppose to be the 3rd RB?). I'm adopting a wait and see on this one. Of course, in the one league I own Jackson I have Darby as a handcuff. But as a Rams fan, I was MUCH more concerned with the lack of talent on the O-line than Jackson's backup. Sure he misses time each season, but usually it is short-term. Makes you wonder if this bumps Fell's short-term value for getting short passes?
