Bronco Billy
--Damn I was so wrong about Peyton Hillis, had no idea he was so… savage. This and his incredible hands catching out of the backfield are why a lot of DEN fans fell in love with him, and couldn't figure out how McDaniels couldn't find a way to use him and then sent him packing in exchange for Brady ####ing Quinn... Bronco Billy
When you tell us this about Hillis now, I suddenly feel like Adam Sandler. I have a hugh man-crush on Hillis. The guy is just fun to watch run, and he has the hands of a very good WR (seriously). I like that he's getting some love in CLE and getting the chance to see action. I'm not going to disagree with your opinion - you can get him cheap, between Harrison's size and Hardesty's injury history, Hillis could absolutely end up with the best numbers in the CLE backfield. That said, it is still the CLE backfield and so the opportunities should be limited. But still, get him cheap while you can. JUMbotron
Nevermind... Basically I meant to say in a joking manner - Great call on Hillis.
ajh2
Hillis trade - proof that Shanahan knew more about RBs that McDumbo - opps McDaniels. Shanahan probably realized that Hillis was a good one before he got injured.

devi0us
Hillis is a stud...but even in college, he never had the chance to shine behind the 2 big names of D. McFadden and F. Jones...

WildTurkey
I love the column also. But I don't get the fascination with Davone Bess. What has this guy ever done and why do you think he's a candidate to break out seemingly every week? Or at least in 2 columns now ... Marshall seems to always be the first read unless the play is designed to go to Bess, and with weak coverage by the NE D, I see him having a monster game with no need to check down. What true stud receivers have the Pats faced this year? But, I see the Dolphins trying to run a LOT in this game to keep NE off the field. I'd go with TO as the big sleeper pickup (every league I'm in, he's been dropped) for this week only. I see the Browns shutting down the run and forcing Palmer to pass, and them trying Haden with help on either him or Ocho ending up in one of the two having a big game. But who the hell am I and what do I know? Edited October 2, 2010 by WildTurkey
No2011Lockout
Oh thank you for saying TO is finally due. I have been holding on to him in hopes that he will break out. I have two othe excellent receivers and so I have been starting TO in hopes that he will have just an insane week. Needless to say, I have been disappointed thus far.
