midorix
It's been different players each week. The key contributors my 4-0 starts are: QB Palmer RB AP J. Best L. Tomlinson (thanks for going off when AP is on a bye ) WR Boldin Nicks K Prater - Mr. consistent

Capt. Stanky
10 teamer with the following starting requirements; 2QB's, 2RB's, 3WR's, 2TE's 1W/R. Scoring is standard except it is PPR (full point) and you get .5 pts for a completion and .5 pts for a rushing attempt. My team QB's PManning, Brees, Roeth, Freeman RB's Foster, Addai, Bradshaw, Moreno WR's Austin, Fitz, Royal, MWilliams (TB), Knox, Berrian TE's ZMiller, Keller, Gresham I made a joke before this week that I would only be starting 1 QB to give the rest of the league a chance. I still would have had the top score in the league this week even if I would have benched Peyton. When Big Ben is back I will trade Brees to the next best team for peanuts just for a challenge. I need to stop playing in public leagues.
untateve
I cannot participate in this discussion because I have lost a game in my redraft by 0.68 pts. :tears:
darin3
Seems to be a common player on a lot of these teams along with Gates. I bet another common thread will be Collie. ~14th round and he was #1 player - not just WR, but overall - leading into this weekend's action. Looks like his QB and Arian Foster jumped ahead of him after a somewhat pedestrian Week 4. Oh, and I'd post my 4-0 team's roster but would rather not jinx myself. A quick search here on the Main Forum could probably net the same result, though. Edited October 4, 2010 by darin3

PPIchamp
I'll be 4-0 if my 105-88 lead holds up after MNF. It's my Dansby vs. his Brady. Gotten it done with: Rodgers DeSean A Foster Forte Charles Shiancoe Royal S.D. D/ST ....and hopefully I just inherited M Bush and Torain as starters. Got Harvin on the bench too, hopefully that team turns it around. I am 4-0! Won 106.4 - 99.9, even though I benched SD DST and went with NO. Phew! LosGatosEnFuegos
Assuming my 1.2pt victory holds up to game reviews, this is my 4-0 Huddle Ladder [HOF] team: Alex Smith [after Kolb injury] AP – SJax – LT2 S. Smith [NYG] – MSW – Ochocinco Zach Miller Jeff Reed NYJ I am very lucky to be 4-0. My RB corp has carried my sad QB/WRs with the help of Miller. And Peyton Hills filling in for Best once injured on your squad? Sure, Foster has certainly been a beast for you, but I think you'd be doing the other guys a disservice by not mentioning them. Ya know, cuz they're reading all of this. Good team ya got there!

With an overall W/L ratio of 85 to 103 (.452) lady luck has been with you. This will change next week when we play each other ...I hope. Thanks!! You know, good point on Orton, I nabbed him in the 11th (!) round and he has been performing like a top 5 QB. As for Best's great performance, he did that on my bench. Also Hillis continues to get me points while riding the pine- lukily I am using him as trade bait to land Roddy White, which will make my team that much better. My RB situation is almost an embarassment of riches, which is why I am trying to improve at WR where I think I am weak. Orton just needs to keep performing... BiggieFries
QB Matt Ryan RB Joseph Addai RB Ryan Mathews Flex (RB/WR) Arian Foster WR Andre Johnson WR Steve Smith TE Antonio Gates D/ST Chargers K Adam Vinatieri Bench Correll Buckhalter Bench Lee Evans Bench Tim Hightower Bench Johnny Knox Bench Heath Miller Bench Carson Palmer Bench Ryan Torain Foster, Gates and SD def have me in first place and highest point total. My WRs haven't really done a whole hell of a lot and my "starting" RBs could do a little better. But I'm not complaining or anything. RussMan
QB: Manning, McNabb. RB: A Foster, SJax, McCoy, Hillis, Law Firm. WR: R. Moss, Harvin, Williams (TB), Gaffney, Clayton, Maclin. TE: Z Miller, D. Keller. K: Akers, Rackers. D: BAL, KCC 10 Team Performance League. I actually drafted J. Best but traded him for SJAX... that may not work out. But 4-0 with highest scoring team so can't complain.
wolfer
Cutler, Henne, Stafford (IR) Best, Charles, Hillis, Bradshaw AJ, Megatron, Wallace, M. Thomas. Finley Kaeding Hillis is the only WW so far. 1/2 point ppr. The key to this start is Cutler sans injury and the rotational depth at RB which easily cancels out not owning one of the big 5 drafted RBs. Wallace's return to fantasy glory in week 6 should keep this team in contention all year. Cutler's head? No so much...
