Atlanta Cracker
Got the rub covered, know how to manipulate ribs to perfection on the Big Green Egg, just looking for some sauce ideas for the last 30-45 mins plus dipping. We were at a state park this past weekend and this Hugh Korean family was grilling up a bunch of ribs. My wife commented on how good they looked and smelled as we walked by and this little old Korean lady came running up to us with a plate full. It was quite possibly the best sauce on ribs I had ever tasted. Granted they weren't as tender as my BGE babybacks but the sauce was amazing. Very spicy but not overpowering. Hot enough that you thought maybe you shouldn't eat another but then couldn't help yourself. So, rather than sticking to normal home made sauce or Sweet Baby Rays I thought I would throw it out there and see if anyone had anything unique to offer. Atlanta Cracker
Any thoughts on this one? Looks pretty close to what we had.
Caveman_Nick
Take equal parts Bone Suckin' Sauce (hot) and Bone Suckin' Mistard (hot) and mix them. Very good on ribs. Nice if you carmelize it on, and also nice if you smoke them dry and use it for dipping.

You can buy sauce on that idea and use it as is or doctor it up. Yoshidos (dr. yoshidos....something like that) has that flair and is nice if you spice it up. I would throw some 5 spices into that and it would be perfect and maybe substitute Siriachi sauce for the heat.
