MonkeyOne
I'm in a sixteen team, tackle heavy league (tackles worth 1, sacks and other big plays also worth 1), and can start 2 DL/LB, 2 DB and 3 Flex. I've got Harris, Lofton, Timmons, Hayes and Curry at LB, and Mikell, Chung, Considine and Toler as my DBs. I'm debating dropping Curry, or dropping Josh Morgan and allocating more resources to my defence for the bye weeks / injuries. The following interesting LB options are on my waivers: Fujita (Cle), Goff (NYG), Ninkovich (NE), Siler (SD) Godfrey (Car) is also there as the best DB Any good long term options among these, better than Curry? I wondered if Siler might take the Bolts job? Anyone else who should be on my radar?
pokerboss
i like godfrey from that group, the carolina defense is on the field alot....i mean alot. he is playing closer to the line and seems to be getting some decent tackle numbers. fujita, unless i missed a position move by cleveland, is playing outside in a 3-4, as is ninko, so they will be inconsistent tackle guys. goff i believe is still only playing 2 downs, and they do so much goofy scheming in NY that i wouldnt bite. siler could be interesting if he ever flat out won that job, but as long as cooper is healthy and burnett playing well, siler will be a part time guy. i think godfrey is your guy, and yes in your format i would grab him over curry.
