Randall
#### the Packers playing down to the competition. They do this every year last year it was Tampa. Let them hang around and they gain more confidence.
piratesownninjas
Mike McCarthy's seat should start getting warm. He's done a piss poor job of managing games and calling plays. His play calling is unimaginative and either wants it down the field, a run or a dumpoff to a runningback. What happened to the quick slant that Driver and Jennings feasted off of for years? McCarthy is an average coach, and when he's coaching a mash unit he goes into panic mode too fast. That being said, if Finley's injury is severe it's going to be getting close to calling church on the season. With Grant out we already knew we would have no running game. With Finley possibley out, Rodgers no longer has a for sure reliable target. Jennings disappears and Driver and his four drops was nothing short of asinine. The packers as a team do not have the killer instinct to put anyone away. They've played to the level of there opponent every game this year and that falls on the coaches mental errors are off the charts as well. The special teams continues to be a farce, and this defense without Clay Matthews and Nick Barnett looks horrible... I don't even want to get into the Packers defensive problems, but I will say that Woodson looks like he's lost at least a step this year. At this point, the Packers are going to have to go on a tear for a wildcard spot. There next 4-5 games are as tough as it gets. This was not a game they could afford to lose today. His ass needs to figure out how to dink and dunk the ball to his receivers and call those plays. RUN THE QUICK SLANT MCCARTHY.

Also, Jackson is no Grant, but the OL is not helping develop the run. Lucky to be 3-2 and not 2-3.

Lucky to be 3-2 and not 2-3. I'm not talking about screens. They ran one to Driver today, and have been getting the ball to Jackson. I'm talking about the quick slant to Jennings or Driver. And they're lucky to be 3-2, I agree with you there, but they should be 5-0 but mental errors in the Bears game with 345345456 penalties and then crapping the bed like they did today. Granted, injuries to your star runningback, your best offensive weapon in Finley, both strong safties, Al Harris, Barnett, Matthews, and Pickett make things immensley harder, but McCarthy has to pick up some slack and out-coach someone some time. piratesownninjas
Don't be a dick, you know what I'm saying. They could have very easily won the Chicago game if they A. Didn't commit 18 penalties B. James Jones doesn't fumble the ball to set up the FG. They could just as easily be 5-0 as 2-3 or 3-2.

ParLawGod
At least I wasn't the only one hoping for some quick slants and screens today. It definitely throws the chemistry off with so many injuries...

MTSuper7
A few thoughts... 1 - You Packer fans could learn a thing or two from Cowboys fans about how to pull off the "Chicken Little" more effectively (Then again, the 'Boys are 1-3.) 2 - I own Greg Jennings in exactly zero leagues this year. I own Marques Colston in exactly zero leagues this year. Coincidence, or something more? 3 - The Redskins are the most Jekyll and Hyde team ever. Get throttled by the Rams one week, beat the Packers the next. Seriously, anyone who uses WAS or their opponent in a suicide league has balls of steel. wolfer
First off, good luck next week if Matt Flynn is under center. Rodgers will have to pass a concussion test to play. Second, whose fault is it that no RB has been signed/traded for? Sure B-jax had a couple of nice runs, but teams are daring the run. Noone is biting on playaction which leaves the shotgun spread attack to move the ball via dink and dunk. So ya I don't where the dink or the dunk has been lately but that's all they have left right now. The next few weeks should be interesting. Devastating if Finley/Rodgers are out next week. Favre4ever
The Packers lack having a closer a Rb and just can't close teams out..If you let teams stick around it's ivevitable gonna happen when you get back doored..
Chavez
With Grant out we already knew we would have no running game. RBs managed 127 yds on 13 carries today. Kuhn is averaging about 4.5 yds/carry on the season. I don't think the biggest problem with the run game is the running backs.
