If you get another chance somewhere else, I suggest having real practices where team discipline is stressed and that you rule like a tyrant. Your training camps are weak. No more camp cupcakes b/c that does not teach discipline. You did not create a 'team' in Dallas, you just let them run around and do what they want. That was the worst display of a disciplined defense I have ever seen in Dallas. Another example: When Dez refused to carry Roy's pads you sent a message to the team that a rookie tells everyone what to do. The whole time you were in Dallas you never enforced your rule. You never sent out any 'tough love'. You and Jerry have spoiled this team like rich parents spoil children. And Jerry, you need to bring in a coach who will work these players until they start crying and complaining. Then we can see who the problems are and get rid of them. Get a coach who will release the fury and DEMAND excellence. These players play better when their job is on the line every day. And to all Redskin fans, I must say I am jealous that you have an owner who admitted this before camp opened this year and that you got Shanny. Now you are one year ahead of us. Jerry should keep him on staff but surely get a strong HC in that that organization. Granted, I think Jerry loved loves Phillips because basically, Jerry is coaching vicariously throw through Phillips and a cheese burger. Switzer was similar in that Jerry was calling the shots. He needs to stay in the owner's box, write the checks, and let someone else manage football operations. But we all know he won't, so kick back and enjoy the circus.
